Broadband Choice - Whirlpool deleted page

The first time I was looking for a different provider of internet than Telstra back in 2006 I found Whirlpool's "broadband choice" and was amazed by the variety of different providers, in fact, that's where I found Exetel whom I'd never heard of and had used for about 6 years as my prefered internet provider when I churned over to TPG. Since TPG's offerings seem to be inconsistent, I came back to whirlpool to discover that Broadband Choice has totally been removed.

For me I was very surprised that even a list of providers wasn't maintained than total pruning of it.

I've seen other sites that compare plans, but these seem to be more advertorial than informative, or is it a case of "the market maturing" and there's in possibly less internet companies in Australia.

It seems like a shame.
