ABC New Queensland?

 

If you rely on one source of news that you would like to think is somewhat professional it would be the ABC.

I'm sure that they have consistant guidelines regarding bias and reporting, but I can see glaring problems with how ABC Queensland is run.

90% of the local news for Queensland only happens in Brisbane.

They pad out stories from landline (insert state or territory  versions here)

They parrot stories from Seven and Nine which seem to have better coverage of stories.

So why is it called ABC Queensland when the ABC has several versions across Australia's states and territories to service those areas? 

It really should be called ABC Brisbane to be consistent with other states I think.
