VNI Project

One of the issues that came up as a fear, was the industrialised feel that transmission lines would give.

The beauty of the Australian landscape is a treasure that should be steward than oppressed.

Asking Copilot, they generated this idea.

This design reimagines the tower as a living extension, rooted in the land and shaped by the stories it carries:

- ๐ŸŒฟ Form: Inspired by the branching grace of a eucalyptus tree, the tower’s arms cradle the lines like limbs in the wind.

- ๐Ÿฆœ Fauna motifs: Silhouettes of cockatoos and magpies perch along the crossbars, echoing the local soundscape.

- ๐ŸŒ€ Glyphic base: Etched with farming tools, bird tracks, and wind spirals—symbols of labor, kinship, and breath.

- ๐ŸŽจ Color and texture: Earthy ochres and weathered steel blend into the landscape, honoring both the soil and the sky.

- ๐Ÿงต Shade cloth echoes: The latticework mimics woven patterns, a nod to the practical beauty of rural craft.

It’s a tower that doesn’t just transmit electricity—it transmits care, memory, and place.

How is it that Copilot can voice such clarity. Turning the ugly into something that is shared with the community and visitors alike.
